February 6, 2007 Haverhill, MA---Toni Marie Lopes, a credit and collection clerk, has been named the Employee of the Month for February at Merrimack Valley Hospital (MVH). Toni works in Patient Accounts and is very well respected by her co-workers and her clients.
"Toni is very kind and considerate to everyone. She often receives plants and flowers from patients thanking her for her kind and caring attitude," said co-worker Mary Tracy. "If one of us is feeling overwhelmed, Toni is ready to pitch in and take on extra work to help."
Staff members who are awarded the Employee of the Month honor excel in eight areas: performance, reliability, personality, appearance, consideration, initiative, communication and acting as a hospital ambassador during work hours.
Toni has worked at the Merrimack Valley Hospital since April 2003. She lives in Haverhill, MA.
